Activate is for people who have little to no experience in sharing their faith.

Challenge is for those who are comfortable in sharing their faith, but you will find some challenges in here.

Both kits contain:

• 30 Activate Cards, that have various activites written on them for you to do. You can choose to do one each day of the week, one a week, or however you wish to use them.
• There is a sheet on how to write/tell your testimony.
• A Pocket Gospel of John & Romans. This has highlighted step-by-step scriptures to take people through the Gospel message, as well as highlighted verses to help you grow.
• 120 Gospel tracts for you to share.
• Access to a private Facebook group where you can share your stories and encourage each other.

Basar runs a one day training intensive consisting of 3 sessions and a practical application session.

Topics covered include: What Is Evangelism? Who Is To Evangelise? What Stops Us From Evangelising? Fruit Of Evangelism, Different Evangelism Techniques, Hinderances To Evangelism & How To Use Your Basar Pack.

The cost is $60 per person with a minimum number of 20 people. This cost includes one of the Basar Packs for each person.

Sharing the gospel with one person at a time.

Hi! I'm Sherrie, the face behind Basar. I have been a Christian since 1996, having come to the Lord Jesus after a medical scare. I have served in many ministry roles from usher, bookstore manager, kitchen helper, cooking meals, running an evangalism team, preaching and church planting.

After many years of preaching on the street, door knocking, open air preaching and stopping for the one in front of me...and meeting many Christians in the process, I came to realise that the majority of Christians do not share their faith. There were two reasons why. First was fear! Fear of the unknown, fear of what to say, fear of talking to strangers, and fear of rejection are the most common. The second reason is they do not understand that it is every believer's responsibility to share their faith with others. As the old saying goes, "Rome wasn't built in a day," one person cannot reach the whole world, but we can all do our part for the Kindgom of God, reaching the one that is in front of us, sharing the Gospel with one person at a time.

Then in early 2024 I felt God put on my heart a way to get people out sharing their faith through a challenge type game...Basar!

The logo of the hearts in a circle is representative of each believer loving the one next to us with the love of Jesus.

The word Basar is the Strongs #H1319, which means "bear good news, bearer of good news, bring good news, messenger of good news, proclaim good tidings."

Isaiah 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news (H1319), who proclaims peace, who brings glad tidings (H1319) of good things, who proclaims salvation, who says to Zion, "Your God reigns!"
